Welcome!
Family Resource Centers exist to support healthy childhood development and family life from the cradle to the grave. They provide many free or low cost services including:
- Weekly playgroups in a center-based, beautifully stocked playroom
- Home visits
- Early childhood developmental and emotional assessments
- Referrals for family needs such as food, fuel, and health insurance
- GED training
- After school clubs at PMS and PCS
- Training for day care providers
- Support of preschool and school age child care
The FRC works closely with the Rotary and Recreational department to sponsor major events like the Community Coat Drive, Dr. Seuss night, and Reading in the Park.
